Regarding Additional Registration of the Association’s Objectives
As the association named "The International MuayThai Federation", headquartered in Bangkok, registered by General Tieonchai Sirisumpan has requested the addition of new objectives to the association’s registered objectives as follows:
Article 3: Additional Objectives
Clause 1: The association shall be named “The International MuayThai Federation (IMTF)”.
Clause 2: The association"s symbol shall depict a “MuayThai fighter raising fists above the globe”.
The association’s symbol in accordance with the IMTF’s purpose.
Clause 3: The association"s objectives are as follows:
3.1 To promote MuayThai internationally
3.2 To organize international MuayThai competitions
3.3 To support and assist national and international MuayThai athletes
3.4 To use MuayThai as a tool to foster discipline and morality in youth globally
3.5 To not involve in political matters
Accordingly, the registrar of the Bangkok Metropolitan Authority has approved the registration of the additional objectives as requested on December 5, 2545 B.E. (2002 A.D.).
